About BLACKBURN - Tracy

Tracy Blackburn is from Barrie, Ontario but has been serving in Puerto Maldonado for the last nine years. They work with the courts and government services to provide a loving home for children who have been abused, trafficked, neglected, or abandoned.

“Tat’s Place” opened at the end of January 2020. This home is currently loving and caring for 10+ children!
